Job summary

UGL Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our Energy & Industrial Projects, based on a DIDO/FIFO roster. You will lead front-line electrical construction, manage crews and ensure safe, on-time delivery to project specifications.

You will oversee HV, substations and associated services, drive toolbox talks and maintain rigorous QA/HSSEQ compliance while coordinating with site leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification is required.
• Experience supervising electrical construction.
• Experience with substations/HV is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site-based electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors and apprentices.
• Oversee installation and termination of cables, HV plant, switchgear.
• Coordinate works in live substations.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety initiatives.
• Ensure HSSEQ, QA and project documentation.
• Monitor progress, timesheets and workforce performance.
• Support inductions and compliance training.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and site leadership.
