Job summary

UGL Utilities is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major utilities project team north of Perth, coordinating electrical trades and site personnel to deliver outcomes safely and on schedule.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong mentoring, quality control, and a proactive approach to safety, with opportunities for long-term career development and exposure to complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Qualification is required.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure or major project environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical trades, leading hands and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and HSSEQ compliance across works.
• Manage site activities, resource planning and logistics.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safety culture.
• Monitor QA and maintain certifiable works documentation.
• Track workforce attendance and timesheet accuracy.
• Mentor apprentices and support workforce development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure milestones and contractual obligations are met.
