SJ Electric Brisbane Airport is seeking a Service Coordinator/Administrator to be the central point of contact between clients, field electricians and suppliers. You will schedule daily service jobs, log bookings, track progress and dispatch technicians efficiently.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary of AUD 85,000–90,000 plus super. Join a reliable, safety‑focused team with a supportive culture and standard Mon–Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or admin support in electrical/trades industry.
• Strong computer literacy and scheduling software experience; Pronto is a plus.
• Excellent communication with a calm, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to build rapport with trade staff and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch daily service jobs, maintenance requests, and urgent breakdowns for field technicians.
• Handle incoming client calls and emails, book jobs, provide progress updates and manage expectations.
• Track jobs from booking to completion; ensure work orders, PO's and compliance docs are up to date in the system.
• Receipt deliveries, assist with quoting, job costing, and prepare documentation for invoicing.
• Communicate with electricians in the field to troubleshoot schedule changes and site requirements.
