SST Electrical provides electrical, solar, battery, EV charging and air conditioning services across Brisbane. We are a growing business seeking a motivated and highly organised Operations and Sales Coordinator to join our office team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
• Prepare and send quotes, following up with customers on approvals and bookings.
• Coordinate installation and service jobs with customers, field teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and distribute daily job schedules and communicate any changes.
• Track job progress and keep customers updated.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes and job information in our CRM system.
• Liaise with suppliers, order materials and parts, and arrange deliveries or collections.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Conduct occasional local site visits to take photos, measurements and collect information for quotes.
• Assist with social media, online enquiries and basic digital advertising activities.

Job description

This varied role combines customer service, sales support and job coordination. You will help manage enquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate field teams and keep customers informed from their initial enquiry through to job completion.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
• Confidence following up on quotes and helping customers move forward with bookings
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage changing schedules in a busy environment
• Previous experience in administration, sales support, quoting or scheduling
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising
• A current driver's licence for occasional site visits and supplier collections
• A reliable, proactive approach and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Experience in the electrical, solar, battery or trade services industry will be highly regarded
