Responsibilities

• Support electoral roll maintenance and delivery of electoral events.
• Supervise APS 1 employees and work with Project Officers and Service Officers.
• Provide customer‑focused services when required and report to a Team Leader (APS 6).
• Assist during peak workloads when full‑time hours are required; adapt to event cycles.
• Assist with supervision of Temporary Election Workforce (TEW) and operational delivery plans.
• Contribute to the effective operation of an Outposted Centre (OPC) under DRO guidance.
