• Frontline customer service experience preferred.

• Provide frontline customer service to the public and respond to enrolment enquiries.
• Process a variety of electoral enrolment applications and maintain roll accuracy.
• Support delivery of electoral events, recruit and supervise temporary staff, and coordinate event activities.
