Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in the Perth region, WA invites an Early Childhood Educator to join our team across WA centres. You’ll deliver high-quality education programs, support a safe, inclusive environment and partner with families to support children’s learning.

Qualifications

• Educator with Cert III in ECEC and a passion for quality teaching.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in early childhood settings.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks.
• Ability to engage families and peers to deliver the program.
• Commitment to safety and inclusive practices.
• Collaborative teamwork with centre staff.

Role: Early Childhood Educator
Location: Perth region, WA – All centres are located within the Perth and surrounds region in WA
Salary Range: Ranging from $40 to $45 per hour + Superannuation (Dependant on qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Your Impact!

As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You’ll need:

• Educator – Cert III in Early Childhood Education
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
