Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in the Perth region, WA, is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to deliver quality early learning programs across our Perth centres. You will inspire a love of learning, build meaningful relationships with families and support children to thrive in a nurturing environment.

You’ll lead purposeful teaching with creativity and energy, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with centre leadership to plan and review high-quality experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Current Teachers Registration.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom and engage with families and children.

Job description

Role: Early Childhood Teacher
Location: Perth region, WA – All centres are located within the Perth and surrounds region in WA
Salary Range : Early Childhood Teachers – ranging from $47.61 to $71.79 per hour + Superannuation (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

As aTeacher,you will inspire a love of learning inchildren and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. Your love of teaching will be reflected inhow you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for children.

You’ll need:

o Teacher – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education(ACECQA approved)

o Current Teachers Registration

o Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

o Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

o Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program

o Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families

o Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

o Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program

o Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
