Job summary

Goodstart Dunsborough is seeking a passionate Educator to join our 97-place centre. You’ll contribute to delivering high-quality early learning programs under the guidance of Senior Educators and an Educational Leader.

The role focuses on safety, inclusivity, and creativity across ages 6 weeks to 5 years, with a strong emphasis on nurturing children’s development. You’ll join a supportive team in a conveniently located centre and benefit from pay at least 5% above the award, plus benefits, and

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current WA Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Responsibilities

• As an Educator you’ll work with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity, creating a welcoming, supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality experiences across a 5-room centre and age range 6 weeks to 5 years.

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time ll 22.5 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Pay: up to $39.91 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits
