Goodstart Australind is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team, collaborating with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop exceptional learning programs for children. You’ll uphold safety and inclusivity, helping every child thrive and feel valued in their learning journey.

With WA-certified requirements, you’ll contribute to a warm, community-focused centre near the estuary, and benefit from above-award pay, generous parental leave, and staff wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current WA Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform
