Little Beloved's Early Learning Centre in NSW seeks an Educational Leader and ECT to guide pedagogical practice and steer the service's educational direction. You will mentor educators, lead curriculum development aligned with EYLF, and model faith-based values within a nurturing learning environment.

The dual role emphasizes classroom excellence, compliance, and ongoing professional development within a supportive executive team and community-focused culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved by ACECQA as an ECT credential.
• Active NESA registration.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Aufgaben

• Lead development, implementation, and review of the educational program across all rooms.
• Mentor Diploma and Certificate III educators to uplift documentation and practice.
• Drive Quality Improvement Plan with the Centre Director.
• Plan and deliver play-based preschool curriculum and prepare children for school.
• Integrate Christian values and faith into daily learning rhythms.
• Ensure compliance with Education and Care Services National Regulations and NQS.
