Job summary

Earlyhood Education and Care in Campbelltown, NSW, seeks an Educational Leader to support the team in delivering a high-quality early learning program and meaningful learning experiences for children.

The role is open to experienced Educational Leaders and ECTs stepping into leadership. You will mentor educators, lead curriculum planning, and contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan, with strong EYLF alignment and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• A recognised Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Current ACECQA-approved ECT qualification.
• A current Working With Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standard.
• A genuine passion for children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An interest in mentoring and supporting other educators.
• A willingness to learn, grow and take on a leadership opportunity.
