Job summary

ANZUK Education in Sydney is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who can lead educational practice while mentoring a team of educators. You will deliver high-quality programmes for a 45-place centre serving children aged 2-5 years and guide reflective practice across the team.

The role offers a pathway to Centre Director within approximately six months, with flexible full-time hours, and dedicated Educational Leader time to support programming and staff development.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Previous experience as an ECT, Room Leader or Educational Leader.
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Genuine interest in mentoring educators and supporting quality educational practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engaging, child-centred educational programmes.
• Mentor educators and support professional development.
• Guide curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Support implementation of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for service improvements.
