Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent as approved by ACECQA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• At least 2 years as Educational Leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the educator team in designing and implementing an engaging, play-based curriculum.
• Maintain high compliance standards aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
• Manage programming, documentation, and time to support smooth room operations.
• Foster collaborative relationships with families, staff, and the wider community.
