Job summary

Little Achievers Early Learning Centre is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who enjoys supporting educators, sharing knowledge and helping create a strong culture of learning and professional practice. You will work 1 day per week within the centre in the role of Educational Leader.

Lead and support the educational program and practice; mentor and guide educators in planning, documentation and pedagogy; deliver meaningful, play-based learning experiences; ensure the curriculum reflects the EYLF

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma holder currently studying ECT with 50%+ course completed
• Passionate about high-quality learning experiences for children
• Good understanding of EYLF and contemporary early childhood practice
• Confident, approachable and organised

About you

Qualified Early Childhood Teacher, OR hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and are currently studying your ECT qualification, with 50% or more of your course completed

Enjoy mentoring, supporting and working alongside educators

Good understanding of the EYLF and contemporary early childhood practice

Confident, approachable and organised
