YMCA Queensland's Churchill Outside School Hours Care team is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader on a permanent part-time basis. You will shape engaging programs that support children's learning and development outside school hours and guide a team of educators.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
• Knowledge of the approved learning framework.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of child development and attachment.
• Knowledge of leadership theories and styles.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Develop and continuously improve educational programs that spark curiosity.
• Coach and empower educators to excel in their roles.
• Lead child-centered, play-based learning aligned with frameworks.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
