Job summary

YMCA Queensland provides Outside School Hours Care services to 60 school communities across South East Queensland. We are seeking an Educational Leader to join the Kurwongbah OSHC team on a permanent part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (desirable).
• Minimum three years' experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Strong knowledge of the approved learning framework.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child development, attachment and learning.
• Understanding of evidence-based teaching practices and leadership styles.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification if needed.
• Willingness to obtain a current Paid Blue Card.

• Coach, motivate and empower educators to reach their potential.
