Pascal Press is seeking an Education Sales & Support Assistant to join our growing team in Leichhardt, Sydney. This role blends customer service, digital platform support and proactive sales to promote our Excel digital learning solutions.

You’ll handle inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and engage with schools to grow adoption while working with sales and marketing on campaigns and events.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service or telesales roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with explaining technology to educators and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Support customers with digital learning platforms and subscriptions.
• Proactively introduce Pascal Press learning solutions to schools.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing on campaigns and events.
