Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced Client Success Account Manager to drive successful deployments of the Sentral platform for schools, including client onboarding, data migration, and post-implementation support.

The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex deployments with high-value clients. Brisbane and remote Australia locations are involved via a direct, vendor-based sourcing model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical implementation role.
• Proven consultancy experience within a vendor environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent consultation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational knowledge of project management principles.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to ensure a successful implementation of Sentral products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including data migration and integration of supplementary applications, ensuring readiness for success.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.
• Deliver and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
• Work closely with the technical team to customise solutions based on specific client requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live
• Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested by Sentral.
