Job summary

Global Payments seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead deployment of the Sentral School Management Platform for high-value Australian schools. You will manage client engagement, configuration, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilisation of the software.

The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to drive projects on time. Prior experience in complex deployments and data migration is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical implementation role.
• Proven consultancy experience within a vendor environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent consultation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and logical thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously and with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to ensure a successful implementation of Sentral products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Coordinate critical onboarding activities, including data migration and integration of supplementary applications, ensuring readiness for success.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.
• Deliver and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
• Work closely with the technical team to customise solutions based on specific client requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
