Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in Australia is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead deployments of Sentral school management software. You will engage with high-value schools, configure systems, train users, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in technical implementations, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Working with Children Check and Australian work rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to ensure successful Sentral implementations.
• Gather requirements, configure systems, test, and provide post-implementation support.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including data migration and integration.
• Conduct discovery sessions to document customer needs.
• Deliver and implement software solutions with seamless integration.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live.
• Produce end-user documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Perform thorough testing and QA on software applications.
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested.

About the Role

The Implementation Consultant acts as a key liaison between our business and customers, focusing on the successful deployment of our School Management Platform. This role involves direct client engagement, configuration, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilisation of our software. The ideal candidate will work closely with high-value schools to facilitate complex deployments, address issues, and maximise the benefits of our solution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to ensure a successful implementation of Sentral products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Coordinate critical onboarding activities, including data migration and integration of supplementary applications, ensuring readiness for success.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.
• Deliver and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
• Work closely with the technical team to customise solutions based on specific client requirements.
• Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live
• Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested by Sentral.

Salary

• The salary range for this role is $115, 000 - $125, 000 base + superannuation.
