Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment are partnering with a leading Australian retail group to recruit an experienced E‑Commerce Trading Specialist to join their online team on a 12 month mat leave contract, with strong potential to become permanent.

You will own day‑to‑day trading and performance of the eCommerce website, drive online sales and conversions, manage product pricing, promotions and onsite merchandising, and collaborate with agencies on SEM/SEO/CRM to optimise the customer journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an eCommerce trading or eCommerce management role.
Strong commercial focus with experience driving online sales and conversion.
Hands-on experience managing an eCommerce website, ideally Shopify / Shopify Plus.
Retail or product-based eCommerce experience highly regarded.
Strong understanding of digital performance, CRM/eDM, SEM and website analytics.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day trading and performance of the eCommerce website.
Drive online sales, conversion and performance against weekly and monthly targets.
Manage product, pricing, promotional activity and onsite merchandising.
Analyse website performance and optimise the customer journey to drive growth.
Manage CRM/eDM activity and work with agencies across SEM, SEO, Google and Meta.
