Job summary

Tidwell Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized eCommerce Admin & Buying Assistant to support our buying and online operations team in a busy retail environment. This hands-on role spans product management, admin tasks and day-to-day eCommerce activities.

You will work closely with the buying team from our Sydney operations, ensuring accurate listings, stock updates and smooth product onboarding while learning our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage new product listings (titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes).
• Upload and organise product images.
• Write and refine product descriptions in line with brand tone.
• Apply correct tags and categories to products.
• Ensure all new products are featured correctly.
• Assist with updating Open to Buy spreadsheets.
• Monitor stock levels and remove sold-out products from the website.
• Receipt incoming stock accurately into the system.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory data.
• Support general administrative tasks for the buying team.
