Role Description

The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taren Point, Sydney, NSW. This role manages and updates product listings, pricing, and promotions on the online store, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website performance, analysing sales and customer behaviour, optimising product pages and categories, and coordinating online campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. The Ecommerce Specialist will work closely with the customer service and showroom teams to maintain a seamless online-to-offline experience, respond to customer queries about online orders, and support the resolution of issues. The role also involves generating regular reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of new ecommerce features and processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, sales data, and customer behavior, and to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Solid customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive online shopping experience.
  • Primary systems Shopify Plus (essential) Unleashed (preferred) Klavyio (preferred)
  • Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers in writing and in person.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and online merchandising, including managing product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Sales awareness and skills to support online sales growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts, such as SEO best practices, email campaigns, and online advertising, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for reporting, and comfort working with inventory and order management systems.
  • Relevant experience in retail, ecommerce, or a similar environment; a qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
