Ranpak is seeking an energetic Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager in Sydney to drive growth and manage key accounts within the defined region. You will prospect, develop, and manage distributor and end-user relationships to deliver smart packaging solutions that reduce plastic and waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's in business or related qualification.
• Some industrial sales experience, preferably in packaging or logistics.
• Strong commercial drive with a proven track record in sales.
• Experience working through distribution channel partners.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to train and educate clients and distributor reps.
• Knowledgeable of consultative and solution-based selling.
• Big-picture perspective with strong team player.
• Dynamic personality capable of working with all types of people.
• High sales drive with self-discipline, commitment and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update quarterly business plans, CRM data and weekly activity reports.
• Regularly review business opportunities with assigned distribution channel partners.
• Provide sales and product support to distributors, end users and potential customers.
• Plan visits to key/accounts, target accounts and new accounts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth in relevant segments.
• Facilitate transfer of sales skills and product knowledge to distributor sales teams.
• Maintain quality relationships with distribution partners within the region.
• Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
• Act as a strategic marketing partner for distribution channels.
• Ensure compliance with agreed business plans and methodologies.
