Job summary

Journey Early Learning Dakabin is seeking an Educational Leader to guide educational practice and mentor educators within our 105‑place centre. You will lead curriculum development, foster reflective practice and support staff growth to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for children.

You will work with the Centre Manager to implement EYLF and NQS standards, drive continuous improvement and contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor in ECEC or ACECQA-equivalent.
Experience in Educational Leadership or Lead Educator.
Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS; curriculum development.
Ability to mentor staff and support reflective practice.
Experience contributing to quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead curriculum development and deliver engaging educational programs.
Mentor and coach educators to strengthen practice.
Support EYLF and NQS implementation across the centre.
Encourage reflective practice, innovation and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Collaborate with Centre Manager and staff to achieve positive outcomes for children.
