Job summary

Journey Early Learning Wollert in Wollert, VIC seeks an Educational Leader to guide our teaching team, inspire quality practice, and create meaningful learning experiences for children. You will mentor educators, lead curriculum planning in line with EYLF, support continuous improvement, build partnerships with families and the community, and ensure compliance with NQS and Child Safe Standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
• Passion for supporting educators and achieving outstanding child outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning.
