Job summary

Journey Early Learning Kawana is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to guide daily operations, mentor staff and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to each child.

You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to foster inclusive relationships with children and families while upholding high quality education standards, in a supportive, development-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of educators.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and National Regulations.
• Hold or willing to obtain Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain).
• Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.
