Job summary

Australia Post is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the EGM Strategy & Transformation. You will provide proactive executive support, handle complex diary management, travel coordination and key governance activities to keep the leadership team focused and effective.

You will build strong relationships across the organisation, support financial processes and manage confidential information with integrity, while contributing to a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience providing executive and administrative support to senior leaders.
• Strong diary/calendar management with proactive prioritisation and coordination.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive executive support to the EGM Strategy & Transformation and leadership team.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications for the EGM.
• Manage day-to-day business administration including inboxes and data management.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and track actions for governance activities.
• Assist with procurement processes and purchase order administration.
