Job summary

At CFS, the Dynamics 365 CRM Developer designs and builds customer-focused solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, delivering capabilities across Customer Service, Sales and Customer Insights. You will work with Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs and secure integrations to enable scalable and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery across Customer Service, Sales or Marketing.
Strong background in Dataverse data modelling, security roles and data integrations.
Familiarity with ALM/CI-CD practices for Power Platform solutions; problem solving and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, Data and Power Platform.
Create Dataverse data models and secure integrations via APIs and enterprise services.
Support data migration, validation and data quality; manage ALM, packaging, CI/CD and deployment governance.
