Job summary

Cully/CFS is seeking a Senior Developer to join the Dynamics 365 Team, delivering scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Insights, Power Platform and Dataverse. You will work with AI and emerging tech to enhance adviser effectiveness and customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and secure CI/CD practices, in a hybrid work environment and regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Insights, Power Platform and related tools.
• Strong understanding of predictive modelling, segmentation and personalised customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, APIs and secure enterprise-scale ALM/CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Insights, Power Platform and related tooling.
• Develop and operationalise predictive models for customer engagement and growth.

Your Team

The Dynamics 365 Team delivers and enhances critical business applications that support key CFS capabilities. The Senior Developer partners with business and technology teams to deliver scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. The role directly supports CFS’s strategic goals of improving customer, advice and retirement outcomes. CFS encourages the use of AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Experience with AI, Power Apps, Power Pages and UX design is highly desirable.

• Deliver scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights - Data, Customer Insights - Journeys, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot Studio that enhance customer engagement, adviser effectiveness and business growth.
• Develop and operationalise predictive models and growth intelligence capabilities, including propensity, churn, share-of-wallet and next-best-action use cases.
• Design and implement purpose- led capabilities, segmentation, and personalisation capabilities that enable targeted engagement and engaged judgement making.
• Develop and operationalise predictive and insightful models, including propensity, churn, share-of-wallet, product recommendation and next-best-action capabilities.
• Build secure and scalable Dataverse, integration and automation solutions that deliver reliable business capabilities and user experiences.
• Collaborate with technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions through effective design, ALM, CI/CD, governance and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated experience delivering solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys (CIJ), Customer Insights - Data and Power Platform, with expertise in customer management, sales automation, customer insights, predictive modelling, Dataverse, integrations, Power Automate, APIs, secure application development, and enterprise-scale ALM/CI/CD solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with CIJ, including real-time journeys, triggers, segmentation, personalisation, consent management and campaign orchestration.
• Strong experience building and operationalising predictive models, including propensity, churn, share-of-wallet, product recommendation and next-best-action use cases.
• Highly desirable: Experience in financial services or other regulated environments, along with exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, Power Apps, Power Pages, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and responsive UX design.
