Job summary

Cully/CFS is seeking a Senior Developer to join the Dynamics 365 Team, delivering scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Insights, Power Platform and Dataverse. You will work with AI and emerging tech to enhance adviser effectiveness and customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and secure CI/CD practices, in a hybrid work environment and regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Insights, Power Platform and related tools.
Strong understanding of predictive modelling, segmentation and personalised customer journeys.
Hands-on experience with Dataverse, APIs and secure enterprise-scale ALM/CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Deliver scalable Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Insights, Power Platform and related tooling.
Develop and operationalise predictive models for customer engagement and growth.
Design and implement segmentation, personalisation and next-best-action capabilities.
