Job summary

Colonial First State is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design and deliver customer-focused solutions across the Dynamics 365 suite and Power Platform from its Sydney practice.

You will partner with business, technology and delivery teams to implement secure integrations, model data, and maintain ALM/CI/CD pipelines while leveraging Azure DevOps or GitHub. This role emphasizes collaboration, scalability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience building solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• CRM domain knowledge including case management and sales pipelines.
• Strong ALM/CI/CD practices and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Insights - Data, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Design Dataverse data models, entity relationships, security roles, business rules, and secure integrations with enterprise services, APIs and third-party applications.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, validation and data-quality remediation, while managing ALM, solution packaging, CI/CD pipelines and deployment governance using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, troubleshooting and production support, collaborating with architects, functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
