Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a CRM Developer to design, develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions supporting our Financial Advice business. You will build compliant CRM functionality enabling advisers, paraplanners, compliance and operations to work across the advice lifecycle.

This hands-on, delivery-focused role involves collaboration with technical leaders, analysts, testers and our system integration partner to deliver enterprise integrations using RESTful APIs, automation

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience.
Experience with Power Apps; Azure Functions exposure is a plus.
Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise and Jira for source control and delivery.
Experience supporting integrations via APIs, automation platforms or iPaaS; Workato is advantageous.
Financial services, wealth management or compliance familiarity is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full development lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Configure and customise Dynamics 365 applications to support workflows.
Develop custom tables, entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules and workflows.
Design and maintain Power Automate flows and CRM experiences.
Develop RESTful APIs and integration components connecting Dynamics 365 with third‑party systems.
Collaborate with leaders, analysts and testers to translate requirements into solutions.
Contribute to design decisions, coding standards and high‑quality delivery.
Support deployments across environments per lifecycle practices.
