Job summary

At CFS, the Dynamics 365 CRM Developer designs and builds customer-focused solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, delivering capabilities across Customer Service, Sales and Customer Insights. You will work with Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs and secure integrations to enable scalable and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery across Customer Service, Sales or Marketing.
• Strong background in Dataverse data modelling, security roles and data integrations.
• Familiarity with ALM/CI-CD practices for Power Platform solutions; problem solving and stakeholder engagement.

Your Team

The Dynamics 365 Team delivers and enhances business-critical applications that support key capabilities across CFS. The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer partners with business, technology and delivery teams to deliver customer-focused solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The role contributes to CFS’s strategic priorities of improving customer, advice and retirement outcomes. CFS encourages the use of AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Insights - Data, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Design Dataverse data models, entity relationships, security roles, business rules, and develop secure integrations with enterprise services, APIs and third-party applications.

• Support data migration, reconciliation, validation and data-quality remediation, while managing ALM, solution packaging, CI/CD pipelines and deployment governance using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

• Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, troubleshooting and production support, collaborating with architects, functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including delivery across Sales, Customer Insights Journeys (Marketing) and/or Customer Service.
• Strong capability building CRM solutions across areas such as case management, complaints management, workflow automation, sales pipeline management, campaign management and real‑time journey orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, data modelling, model-driven apps, plug‑ins, Power Automate, APIs, security roles, access controls and secure development practices.
• Experience applying ALM and CI/CD practices for Power Platform solutions, with strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly desirable: Experience in financial services or other regulated environments, Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights - Data, Microsoft Fabric, Python, Power Apps, Power Pages, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and responsive design.
