Job summary

Stoddart is seeking a Warehouse and Despatch Supervisor to ensure timely delivery from the Victorian site, coordinate packaging and stock storage, and build strong relationships with external partners. You will work with internal teams to balance competing demands and perform basic warehousing tasks daily.

The role requires ERP and MS Office proficiency, solid communication, and knowledge of workplace legislation, with opportunities for further warehousing certification and career progression.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills including ERP software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of workplace legislation.
• Proven ability to conduct investigations and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive and action general inquiries, requests for quotes, time estimates, and freight preferences by phone and email.
• Resolve issues related to missing, late, or damaged freight with internal and external stakeholders.
• Check and sign off freight invoices against spreadsheets and rate cards.
• Consolidate orders according to delivery location and generate shipping documents.
• Manage staff allocation and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Undertake basic warehousing tasks on a daily basis.
