Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock.
• Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders.
• Document product discrepancies (damages, shortages, overages).
• Schedule delivery routes for efficiency.
• Document orders, inventory and deliveries in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to prioritise order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Communicate order status and shipment details to customers.
