Job summary

SEEK Australia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor based in Sunnybank Hills, QLD. You will lead the warehouse team, plan daily workloads, and coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, receipting and dispatch.
• Hands-on, practical approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Comfort working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and quick to learn new systems/processes.

• Experience in electrical/steel/manufacturing/construction supply industries is highly regarded.

Based in Sunnybank Hills, QLD, this is a hands-on supervisory role leading the warehouse team and coordinating the day-to-day movement, storage and dispatch of goods. You'll work closely with the QLD State Manager and Customer Service team to ensure orders are picked accurately, dispatched on time and delivered in line with customer expectations. You'll thrive in this role if you're efficient under pressure, quick to pick up new systems and processes, and genuinely detail-focused when it comes to stock accuracy and dispatch performance.
