Job summary

Agricultural Appointments is seeking a capable Warehouse Manager for a Laverton VIC warehouse. The role is hands-on and covers the full warehouse function, including daily workflow, inventory, freight and order dispatch.

You will coordinate daily workflow, oversee picking, packing and dispatch, and ensure accurate records. The position requires strong organisation and practical judgement to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory-management.
• Hands-on experience with picking, packing, receiving and dispatch.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; accuracy-focused.
• Basic computer skills and clear communication.
• Current driver licence; forklift licence desirable.

Our client is a product-based business that manages inventory, customer order fulfilment and distribution from its Laverton VIC warehouse. The business is seeking a capable Warehouse Manager to keep goods moving accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe, organised operation.

The Role

This is a practical role for someone who enjoys being hands-on while taking ownership of the full warehouse function. You will coordinate daily workflow, inventory, freight and order dispatch, supervise staff as required and identify ways to improve efficiency, accuracy and safety.

About You

• Previous warehouse, logistics or inventory-management experience.


• Hands‑on experience across picking, packing, receiving and dispatch.


• Strong organisation, attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.


• Basic computer and administrative skills, with clear communication and practical judgement.


• Current driver licence; supervisory experience and a forklift licence are desirable.
