Job summary

Multigate Medical Products is expanding its Brisbane operations and seeking an experienced Supervisor Allocator to own daily warehouse activities, including dispatch, deliveries, receiving and overall organisation. The role focuses on safety, accuracy, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead pick/pack teams, coordinate drivers, and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to drive performance, stock control and operational excellence from day one.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a logistics, dispatch or warehouse supervisory role in a fast paced environment.
• Maintaining high warehouse standards relating to forklift operations, warehouse traffic, manual handling and WHS compliance.
• Holds a valid LF & LO forklift licence and drivers licence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with an aptitude for problem solving.
• Familiarity with WMS and/or ERP systems and strong computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the warehouse and dispatch team including pick packers and fleet drivers whilst supporting the Warehouse Manager.
• Plan, coordinate and check daily deliveries and dispatch are accurate and are dispatched on time.
• Ensure delivery addresses, access requirements and delivery windows are accurate and re-plan when priorities and delivery requirements change.
• Assist with picking, packing and preparation products as required.
• Ensure stock is handled, stored and located safely to reduce potential damage.
• Conduct daily warehouse pre-starts.
• Ensuring safe and clean work practices and company policies/procedures are adhered to.

Multigate Medical Products is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of procedure packs and medical consumables for the public and private hospital markets. We are a proud family-owned business founded in 1986 that has grown significantly from humble beginnings.

As a result of our growth, we are opening a new Brisbane Warehouse and are looking for an experienced Supervisor Allocator to take ownership of the daily operations including managing dispatch, deliveries, receiving and warehouse organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise the warehouse and dispatch team including pick packers and fleet drivers whilst supporting the Warehouse Manager
