Job summary

O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is expanding and seeking motivated people to join our Victoria team. You will coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews, liaise with customers to lock in bookings, and keep our scheduling and job management systems up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination is highly regarded.
• Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confident on the phone and able to adapt when priorities shift quickly.
• Familiar with scheduling / job management software or quick to learn new tools.
• Calm under pressure and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews.
• Liaise with customers to lock in bookings, timeframes and site access.
• Keep scheduling and job management systems up to date.
• Get schedule changes to field teams quickly before they hit the road.
• Coordinate with suppliers so materials are on-site when needed.
