Job summary

O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is expanding and seeking motivated people to join our Victoria team. You will coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews, liaise with customers to lock in bookings, and keep our scheduling and job management systems up to date.

The role rewards hands-on organisers who stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly by phone, and adapt as priorities shift. Training is provided and there are genuine progression pathways as the company grows and

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination is highly regarded.
• Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confident on the phone and able to adapt when priorities shift quickly.
• Familiar with scheduling / job management software or quick to learn new tools.
• Calm under pressure and proactive in problem solving.

• Coordinate with suppliers so materials are on-site when needed

You'll need:

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination (highly regarded)
• Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Confident on the phone, comfortable when priorities shift fast
• Handy with scheduling / job management software (or quick to pick it up)
• Calm under pressure, sorts problems instead of sitting on them
