Job summary

dormakaba Australia & New Zealand is seeking a highly organised Service Scheduler to support our Service team across a busy national operation. You will coordinate technicians, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and positive customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle competing priorities with excellent communication, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or service administration.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service technicians and subcontractors across daily service activities.
• Manage customer communication including ETA updates, attendance notifications and scheduling changes.
• Prioritise urgent, safety-related and customer-critical work orders.
• Support Field Managers with administrative coordination and reporting activities.
• Monitor work order progress and maintain accurate updates within service management systems.
