United Plumbing and Gas Services PTY LTD in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to support our service team. You’ll be the central link between customers, technicians, and management, ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.

Key duties include scheduling, dispatching, handling inquiries, maintaining job records in SimPRO, coordinating quotes, and following up to grow future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration, or customer service.
• Experience in trades/maintenance/field service environments is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians based on priority, location, and availability
• Managing incoming customer enquiries and service requests
• Providing customers with updates and maintaining strong client relationships
• Coordinating emergency call-outs and schedule changes as they arise
• Maintaining accurate job records within SimPRO
• Preparing job reports and processing invoices
• Following up quotations and scheduling approved works
• Conducting customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities
• Managing client portals, inductions, and clearance requirements
• Monitoring and delegating shared inboxes
• Data entry, document management, and general administration support across the business
• Working closely with technicians and management to ensure seamless communication across the business
