Working with the Hotel Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations, staff coaching, and compliance with brand expectations, while delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate has hotel experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, including flexibility for day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have previous accommodation hotel experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills to drive teams to results.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Professional and personable with a can-do attitude.
• Sound judgement and calm decision-making under pressure.
• Flexibility to work between days and nights as required.
• Understands brand and company standards.
