Job summary

Bayswater Bar & Grill is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, support the team on the floor and ensure smooth service. You’ll help with opening/closing, cash handling and maintaining high standards across food, beverage, gaming, TAB and KENO.

You will bring supervisory experience in a busy licensed venue, with Queensland RSA and RSG qualifications. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential and training will be completed before starting.

• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support team members during busy service.
• Open and close venue, including cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.
• Maintain standards across food, beverage, gaming, TAB and KENO.
• Coach team members and foster a positive culture.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold liquor, gaming, food safety and workplace safety standards.
