Job summary

Bayswater Bar & Grill in Hervey Bay is seeking a Duty Manager to help run busy shifts on the floor, support the Venue Manager, and coach staff for excellent service while upholding safety rules.

You will supervise shifts, handle opening/closing tasks including cash handling, and ensure standards across food, beverage, gaming, TAB and KENO. RSA/RSG qualifications are required with evenings/weekends availability.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a busy licensed venue (pub/hotel/club).
• Current Queensland RSA and RSG qualifications.

About you

You’ll bring experience supervising a busy pub, hotel, club or similar licensed venue. You’re confident making decisions on shift, supporting your team and stepping in wherever needed. Experience with gaming, TAB or KENO would be particularly valuable.

You’ll need current Queensland RSA and RSG qualifications, or the ability to obtain any required venue-specific qualifications before starting. Availability for evenings and weekends is part of the role.
