Job summary

Atura Oran Park in Southwestern Sydney seeks a dedicated Duty Manager to lead Front Office operations during shifts, oversee check‑in/check‑out, resolve guest queries, and support the team to maintain a seamless guest experience across the hotel.

You will supervise staff, ensure service standards, manage rostering, and contribute to rate strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue while upholding WHS compliance and a welcoming, proactive culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a duty manager or similar in a hotel.
• Strong understanding of Front Office operations and rostering.
• Proven ability to resolve guest issues and manage incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hotel operations during shifts and assist other departments when required.
• Support Front Office operations: staff presentation, punctuality, and service standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by resolving issues and promoting a welcoming service culture.
• Monitor security and safety procedures and ensure WHS compliance.
• Assist with rostering, staffing levels, and cost control to meet targets.
