Job summary

25hours Hotel The Olympia in Sydney’s Paddington is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the front office, manage shifts, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all venues. You will oversee rosters and collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager to support team development.

The role requires hospitality training, some management experience, and fluent English. You’ll champion proactive service, inspire staff, and contribute to a fun, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Completed training in hotel business or hospitality management.
• Some management experience and ability to speak fluent English.
• Inspires team and demonstrates proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as Duty Manager and oversee front desk operations.
