Greenbank Services Club Inc (Greenbank RSL) is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to help run our busy venue across gaming, food and beverage, and member services. You will lead a diverse team, uphold safety and licensing standards, and drive exceptional service on weekends and public holidays.

This role requires a minimum of two years in a similar position, RSA and RSG certificates, an approved manager license, and a strong focus on staff engagement, conflict resolution and responsive guest care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• RSA, RSG, Licensed Venue Certificate and Approved Manager License required.
• Conflict resolution and employee engagement skills essential.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Member Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with club members.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maximize patron satisfaction by driving high service standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the operations of gaming, bingo, and food and beverage outlets.
• Feedback and Complaints Resolution: Address and resolve any feedback, queries, or complaints from patrons.
• Effective Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication within the venue.
